Let's forget for a moment that the world knows us as Terrorists now and focus on ourselves keeping in mind God is the only true witness upon ourselves. And not to forget the power of brain which can even make you believe (something you know is wrong) in a way that you learn to ignore it to such extent that it actually becomes right.
Our beloved prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us the best way to implement Quran in our lives. During his life time no person, even from his enemies, could ever blame Muhammad (PBUH) to being unfair, unjust, untruthful or for anyother negative quality. He was peacuful, kind, honest to a degree that even his enemies used to entrust him with their belongings, knowing he shall not even touch them.
In the Quran 2nd chapter Ayat 4-5: It says the people who belive in Muhammad PBUH and the prophets (peace be on all of them)before him and who has faith in the day of judgement. Those are the people who are on the right path and who will be beneficial.
Now it did not only talk about our beloved prophet (pbuh), but also all the prophets (peace be on all of them)before him. But i have seen the images of Jesus, Moses in many cartoons, in movies, in paintings, even graffiti on walls. So many times i have come across those images without even thinking, "Hey ! This is not right. That's our prophet.". Infact i used to enjoy some of those animations like South Park. But if they show Muhammad PBUH i would not watch it. But the fact is every time they show any of the prophets i should show my concern in a peaceful way. Not only in the case of Muhammad PBUH and go protest like some crazy towel head idiots living in caves. BECAUSE WE ARE NOT THAT!
There might be a small group of people who gain benefit from giving us a bad name, but trust me the whole world is not against us. But the way we react to situations is increasing the number of people who now doubt the fact that these crazy ways of celebrating are not part of ISLAM. ISLAM still means PEACE whether we are peaceful or not. The issue is that when we see that in our everyday lives we have no practicality related to religion, and we come across such images we think now since we dont do anything else, it is my duty to go bizerk and show these people what a true muslim i really am.
But brothers and sisters remember the first thing i said "The only true witness is none but GOD HIMESELF'. And he has already warned us in Quran that He knows what we know not.
